Born and raised in Palm Harbor, Florida, Davis graduated from the University of Florida in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. During his time at UF, participated in the National Association of Home Builders student competition and held various involvement positions, most notably, Vice President of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity.

Following graduation he worked in construction management in southwest Florida, where he served on the Board of the Sarasota County Gator Club. Since moving to New York, he graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Real Estate Development (MSRED '23) degree, where he was elected President of the MSRED Student Council and served as a representative in the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP) Student Council. As a Florida grad, he is passionate about connecting UF alumni to enrich their lives and careers, welcoming alumni to the city, and furthering the prestige of UF in New York.
