Michele Eddie Michele Eddie was born in Brooklyn, NY and was raised in Fort Myers, FL. Her decision to go to the University of Florida was made during her participation in the 4-H public speaking state competition held in the Reitz Union while she was in her freshman year of high school. She was in awe of the campus and knew immediately that she would soon call the University of Florida home. During her time at UF, Michele was an active member of the Warrington Diplomats and worked in the Office of Admissions as a ‘telecounselor’, outreaching to accepted and admitted high school seniors by giving them a Gator’s perspective of life at the University of Florida. Michele graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Mass Communication in 2006 and graduated with her Masters in International Business in 2008. After studying abroad in Lyon, France and taking an internship in Paris, France during her graduate program, Michele realized the only place she wanted to be was back in New York. Upon graduation, Michele moved back to her birthplace- a decision she has never regretted in over three years. Michele Eddie currently works at New York University School of Law in the Office of Alumni Relations, coordinating both domestic and international events for the Law School Alumni. |
